Practical functional apartment in peaceful Harplinge. Close to the sea (4 km) with long sandy beaches, several golf courses and the summer city of Halmstad (13 km). The area is also well-suited for cycling. The private apartment is upstairs. Laundry room in the basement and practical drying racks in the garden where there is also the possibility to barbecue in the existing kettle grill. The historic bakery, Börjes, is 500 meters away and is open in the summer. Parking in the driveway and a second car can be parked along the wall

Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Newly built apt with its own floor of about 80 m2 in our villa which is located near the sea with walking distance to nice child-friendly beach on Grimsholmen, 8 km south of Falkenberg with miles of views of sea, beach and meadows. It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Two bedrooms, shower and toilet, new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room w TV. Wifi, patio with barbecue possibilities.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Good location to just relax or discover our wonderful coastal area or maybe explore the whole of Halland. Shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby and there is a bus stop next to the property.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
