We are just 15 minutes from JMU and downtown Harrisonburg, and 25 minutes from Massanutten. Take a walk on the trail, birdwatch, visit a neighboring vineyard, or chase sticks with your pup--- there are so many ways to unwind at La Casa del Bosque!

The couch in the living room opens into a queen size bed for more sleeping space, with a chair and half recliner for relaxing Bathroom double-headed shower, and reading nook in the loft. A brand new cozy cabin located in the middle of the Shenandoah Valley just outside of Harrisonburg VA. We are located next to several National Parks with great hiking opportunities. The cabin in located at the bottom of the mountain along the trout stocked Dry River. This cabin is equipped with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. You will be able to leave all your worries behind, have a beautiful bonfire while listening to the river run down the beautiful mountain side.

Tiny Tree House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.
