Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. Basement suite with 2-bedrooms, comfortable, spacious living area and kitchen. The home is newly constructed and intentionally designed. Private entrance with outdoor patio in a peaceful neighborhood. We have books, games, and toys available for families with kids. There is a TV with access to HBONow, Disney+, and Netflix. Having lived in the area for many years, we can offer great recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, and places to explore.

The blue couch converts to a futon in case you need space for 3 people. Plan to enjoy local restaurants, as this space does not have a kitchen. There is a small fridge, toaster oven, & coffee maker. We will provide, coffee, cereal and milk for you to prepare on your own.
