It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.
