Bright 2-bed house with hot tub, garden + parking

Stylish, light-filled home tucked away on a peaceful road, with private garden access to stunning Farnham Park (access via garden gate). Enjoy a 4k circular park walk or stroll into town (7 mins) for great pubs, restaurants & shops. The garden includes a hot tub (optional add-on: £140/wk, min charge applies). Both beds are memory foam (1 king, 1 double). Please note: this is our own home which we vacate for your stay, so we kindly ask you to treat it with care and follow the house rules.

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.
