Holiday rentals with a patio in Hart District

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Isabelle’s place was fantastic everything you would need and more I stayed with a friend when at royal Ascot and super mirrors when getting ready and a fantastic outside area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and we dined a few times at the carpenters inn just a short walk away Can’t wait to stay again

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

We had the most amazing stay! We were made to feel really welcome, communication was quick and easy and the space itself is so gorgeous with incredible views! Highly recommend staying here, we would definitely come back. There were lovely touches to make us feel comfortable - the apple juice was delicious! Thanks so much for everything!

Easy to find and settled right in with everything we needed available for our stay. Within walking distance of shops etc and only 15 mins to the train stain and direct trains into Central London. Would recommend.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

I had a wonderful stay! The host provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. The location offered a great sense of privacy while still being very accessible to the city centre. The space was sprawling and definitely value for money. The host was generous, accommodating, and always quick to respond with helpful information. Would absolutely stay again!

We had 4 adults, a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old at this location and it was great for the week we stayed with our family. There was plenty of space, it was clean with a nice open first floor, and the hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. Instructions were clear and helpful. Overall we had a lovely time and recommend this rental. Thank you!

An absolute gem of a find. We had a local wedding at Stoke Farm Barn to go to and this provided the perfect base being only 5 mins away. The entire place is spotless and really beautifully appointed. It's clearly been recently done up and they've truly got everything right. I think the only thing I would say is the beds are rather low and my elderly parents found that a bit challenging, but I really am picking at straws there. Superb place and wonderful hosts. It’s a lovely place to stay but it is a live in family home so there are personal belongings in the house. For the price it felt a bit less private. Also there is an extra charge of 140 to use the hot tub which was pretty steep considering the hot tub

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

A great location and a high spec house, ideal for a few days away with our family (8 of us). Easy for the station which was important for us yet a peaceful side street. Nice outside area although it was so hot during our stay we remained largely indoors in the evening which was cool, light and airy.

It's the second time we've stayed there and look forward to coming back again soon! Ideal location for us to visit family in the area for a week. Good size flat, comfy and all the amenities we need. Spilios is a great host. Proactive and always responsive. Great stay

We stayed for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Carol was a very good host with great communication, right from booking. The property was very well presented with all listed facilities. It was spotless throughout and well stocked. The carpark was secure. The property was very well situated within 3 minutes walk of Festival Place, Basingstoke's main shopping area, a 10 min walk to rail station. We were sad that we couldn't extend our stay. Perfect base for the weekend. Accommodation was cosy, spotlessly clean and peaceful. It had everything I needed for the weekend. Dave and Katherine were really responsive to messages and friendly. And sent local information ahead of my stay. The hiking / run routes in the welcome pack meant I could get out exploring from the front door. Highly recommend staying here.

Susan’s apartment was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, excellent condition and great location for not visiting nearby friends and walking to town.

We had a lovely stay at Kate’s flat which is beautifully furnished . She provided us with several groceries and treats on our arrival. We had many chats and met her adorable dog, Ginny. I was able to get my pup fix daily. Thank you for your support and kindness during my daughter’s recovery.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night weekend stay at Andy’s apartment in Marlow. The accommodation, location, private parking was everything we had seen and read about in Andy’s description on Airbnb. Andy is a great host, and should be very proud of his property, if only we had the time to have stayed longer. Lots of space, very clean, peaceful and close walk to the high street, river and many restaurants and bars. We will be recommending to friends and family and will return in the future.

That was lovely accommodation. I just was feeling like I was at home. The place was nice clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to any one who is looking nice and quiet accommodation in Southampton.
