Beautiful exquisitely appointed home in an idyllic setting. All the furniture was clean and comfortable. Great spot for checking out non traditional spots outside Colorado Springs.

Our stay at the A frame was amazing! The location is perfect for any of the local towns you would like to explore. And the local restaurants are GREAT. It was so relaxing and we had everything we needed. Whitney also does a great job at making sure you feel welcome and your stay is special with small details. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, and watching the birds, squirrels and deer as we enjoyed outside. This was our first time in Colorado and it exceeded our expectations! We are ready for our next trip!

Everything was amazing! The view was very pretty, and the jacuzzi was VERY enjoyable especially after me and my family came back from hiking to cool down in the jacuzzi. Really recommend this cabin! ☺️

This cabin is so cozy and quiet. Just a quick drive to town to get groceries or food. Within an hours drive to many great attractions. The host was great. They sent recommendations months in advance and also again a day or so before arrival. They were extremely responsive to any questions. The property and house were a dream for those looking to get away and disconnect for awhile while still having wifi and fun entertainment options at the property.

I, my wife and daughter's stay at the cabin was excellent. It was a beautiful place, and everything you need is there. The kitchen is well-equipped, everything is very clean, and we loved the Jacuzzi as well. We would definitely come back.

Great time, great host and overall a beautiful home. If only one nit picky thing I had to say was more water pressure in the shower would be great, but that’s minor compared to the rest.

This place was a dream! From the stunning mountain views and cozy, aesthetic cabin to the peaceful, quiet surroundings, it was everything we hoped for and more. The perfect getaway to rest and recharge. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time staying here, the cabin is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect.

The home was in great shape and had everything we were expecting. We looked forward to a weekend away in a private and remote space. Overall we were very satisfied. I would caution anyone that there are cameras around the house exterior and it felt like we were being watched at all times. That became especially clear when someone came by the house to do work outside on Saturday morning, unannounced. They didn't disturb us, but it was just strange to come to the space when we had the home reserved. That just made us a bit uncomfortable. Also note that the door lock code is set for exactly the check in time. We commuted to the house from Denver, which is about a 2 hr drive and ended up showing up 10 min before check in. We had to sit in our car and wait for the code to reset to get in. It's a minor thing, but having like a 15-30 min grace period would be real hospitality.

Everything was as advertised. Check in was super easy. Instructions for the property were clear and posted. Property was clean and host was welcoming and nice. Enjoyed our stay and local area was beautiful with lots to do, thank you!!

Perfect stay. Great hosts. This is their second home, fully equipped. If you stay here please treat it as your own. Location is quiet, with an amazing view & close proximity to Buena Vista for shopping, hiking, water sports. Lotsa room for a big family, or 2 couples and kids. I had it all to myself for 7 nights. Kids room has bunk beds. Wifi was plenty fast with the living room smart Tv and surround sound system. Plenty of parking for several cars with easy access on county maintained dirt roads.

My partner and I enjoyed 5 wonderful nights in this charming home. It looked exactly like the pictures and was in a very peaceful location. The entire place was incredibly clean and comfortable. It rained during most of our stay, so we spent a lot of time indoors and found it very cozy and comfortable. We love to cook and were pleasantly surprised to see the kitched was stocked with a decent variety of basic cooking spices (salt, pepper, garlic, onion, cumin cayenne, cinnamon, lots more we can't remember). My partner enjoyed the craft beer and some of the complimentary snacks too. The sauna was also a wonderful and relaxing treat! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. We had thunderstorms during our visit which knocked out the internet a few times, but thankfully not for too long and our hosts were helpful in troubleshooting. We will definitely come back! Thank you! Stargazing was also spectacular!

Our whole group (8 total) really enjoyed our "girls weekend" here. We were all blown away by the view through the huge living room windows when we first came in the back door. The place was also bigger than we expected, which was a great surprise. The house had everything we needed for a big home cooked dinner, good night's sleep, and a movie night. We also loved the deck for happy hour drinks and star viewing at night. I really appreciated how quiet of an area it is. I highly recommend this home for anyone willing to be outside of town/a 20 minute drive to Buena Vista.

Wow, Ken’s place is a treasure! It is so beautiful and peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay here and are already planning when we want to go back. We didn’t have hot water when we got there, but Ken quickly responded and sent over easy instructions for getting the pilot light turned back on. The manual provided by Ken had everything we needed to know plus great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed, and it was a nice, quiet place to get away. A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. I love it this place. Very clean, quiet area, hiking trails around. I like a cotton bed, comfortable room for kids. Nice kitchen brand new. We are enjoyed to the view and ate on the porch. Need more water drinking because feels not enough hydration. Thank you so much.

The stay was fantastic! Esther was able to get us in for a last minute weekend getaway. The expansive views from both floors were an amazing way to spend meals and morning coffee. Would stay again!

it was an awesome place a little far from everything we did but wouldn't have changed it for anything. to step out every morning to the breathtaking views was unreal. would definitely recommend to anyone if you like mountain views. would definitely go back. Terry responded very quick and efficient was very nice.

We had a great experience staying at this property. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Nestled in a peaceful location, it was the perfect escape from the city. One highlight was the view—don’t forget to bring your telephoto lenses! You’ll want to capture the unreal shots of the vast green fields stretching out with mountains in the backdrop. It’s truly a photographer’s dream. The stay had literally everything you could need for your convenience—from essentials to thoughtful extras. So even if you forget to pack something, chances are it’s already there and waiting for you. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

We loved the beautiful home and private property. Kerry was friendly, helpful, and reaponded quicklu when I reached out to ask about the thermometer. We thoroughly enjoyed the cedar tub! 10/10 would recommend!

This was our second long stay at this amazing Airbnb. Love everything about it. Fairplay is quite small but does have some lovely eating spots such as the Soup Pot, Otto's and Mr. Burrow. All great! We took a day to go down to Mt. Princeston Resort for a massage and to soak in the warm pools. Visited Breckenridge a couple of times. And did a full day fly fishing day with Breckenridge Outfitters. But sometimes it was just nice to stay close by for walks in the area. Especially driving further up Mosquito Pass and walking there. The wildlife spotting is great. In one walk we saw moose, rams, sheep and deer! Bring a nice camera for some great photos! And if you come here, plan to stay a few days to a couple weeks. It takes some time to acclimate to the higher elevation. And be patient with the weather. It can change quickly. We got snow flurries, some pretty vicious storms and some absolutely beautiful days!

Awesome place to stay, a few miles off road but within 1.5-2 hours of everything you could ask for in Colorado, we had multiple cows come up to the doors and windows in the mornings and the stars at night were amazing. Cute place with great views.
