Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. The Deli House A quaint cottage attached to one of Bunbury's old Icons The Charles Street Deli. This cosy home has full kitchen facilities, new bathroom/laundry facilities although we retained the SHOWER ABOVE THE BATH in keeping with the era. This may not suit the elderly. It has a large secure backyard & plenty of parking for cars, boats. Walking distance to Centrepoint Shopping Centre, town centre, great cafes, restaurants, cinemas & the Entertainment Centre.

Bush block with ocean view

Peaceful block and perfect place to relax down south and enjoy the bush surroundings and view of the ocean. Located between Dunsborough and Yallingup. 5-10 min drive to either location. Nice surrounding bush walks or short drives to wineries and plenty of amazing tourist attractions. No pets are allowed in the house but you can bring a dog provided it stays outside of the house for the entire stay.
