Forget your worries in this calm space. Our annex is detached from the main house and you have the run of the whole place. Set on 1/2 acre of land in the sweet countryside of Tendring Village with lovely farmland views. There is parking on a large drive. Please enjoy our spacious green garden where our chickens roam free. There's lots of walk’s nearby, including beaches just 15-20 mins drive. There is 1 large bedroom with double bed, with 3 small folding beds available on request.

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!

The cottage is in the very heart of medieval Lavenham and yet it is close to great views and stunning country walks. Lavenham has many fine restaurants - the best of which is literally a few steps away - and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the very comfy beds and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and small dogs.
