The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Herzlich willkommen im Krafthaus, einem historischen Forsthaus von 1902 am Waldrand des Oberharzes. Über viele Jahre lebte und arbeitete hier der Bildhauer Reinhold Kraft. Skulpturen und Kunstwerke in der Ferienwohnung erinnern noch heute an sein Schaffen und verleihen dem Haus seinen besonderen Charakter.
