We are located on the edge of the municipality of Hagen am Teutoburger Wald close to nature in an old farmhouse, which we have renovated and offer a lovingly and high-quality furnished apartment with 30 m² for a maximum of two guests. This is suitable for short breaks who want to escape everyday life and find relaxation in the wonderful nature of the Teutoburg Forest as well as for short-term rentals for private or professional reasons, for commuters or fitters.

Das Ein-Zimmer-Apartment ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen (ca. 15 Minuten). Die Osnabrücker Innenstadt ist etwa 15 - 20 Gehminuten, bzw. sechs Minuten mit dem Metrobus entfernt. In unserem Apartment nutzt du dein eigenes Duschbad und deine eigene Küchenzeile. Du hast zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten: ein Boxspringbett (Breite: 140cm) und ein Schlafsofa (Breite: 100 cm). Wir, die Gastgeber wohnen im gleichen Haus und stehen für Rückfragen gerne zur Verfügung.

My place is close to the city center with lots of family-friendly activities. In addition, the Teuteburger Wald is only a 15-minute walk away. Modern apartment near the Teutoburg Hunting School

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Modern apartment on the outskirts of Osnabrück

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Cozy apartment for 1-2 people

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

Two-room apartment in the city center and close to the university

This beautiful non-smoking apartment is 39 square meters and is located in the attic on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has one bedroom, a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a small bathroom with window. My place is good for couples and business travelers and visitors to the university/college. Cleanliness is my top priority!

Oasis of well-being in beautiful Osnabrück (near DAA)

Up to 5 people can be accommodated in my wellness oasis. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed , a living room with living area, also for comfortable sleeping , a bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a balcony with seating and garden views. All renovated and newly furnished in 09.2016

Enjoy your stay in a central yet quiet location! On the second floor, you look over the roof of the Walnut Museum and can watch the squirrels and birds in the trees. A three-room apartment with a loggia for you alone or for a trip with friends. Everything is possible.
