This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. "De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city at 300m from the market. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. There is a double box spring (+cot). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double lavabo, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the first floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. For this, additional costs will be charged for booking for two people (requests).

Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Best location in the center of the city. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located at the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the station. Grote Markt is only 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. ( the shopping street) We offer free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district a 5-min. walk.
