This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Welcome! You will enter through its own entrance. Ground floor is the bathroom. The stairs upstairs will take you to the studio, with small kitchen. The last part of this hallway is also used by the owner to a limited extent. There is parking for cars, covered parking space for moto/bikes. There is a large garden. Children can also enjoy themselves in our beautiful treehouse with sliding door, swing,... There is also a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.

"De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city at 300m from the market. The roof room is on the 2nd floor . There is a double box spring (+cot). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double lavabo, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. For this, additional costs will be charged for booking for two people (requests).

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.
