When you stay at this centrally-located home you are a short 5 min walk to the beach and downtown. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Views of the river and boat traffic. Plenty of room for family and friends. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Updated kitchen and baths. Outside you have a nice seating area, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. 'Summerwood Cottage' is located on a quiet street facing a wooded back yard. just 2 1/2 blocks from Lake Michigan's Oak Street Beach in South Haven. Downtown is less than a mile walk or drive or bike. This newer house with a walk-out basement, rec room with foosball, Pacman, fireplace, firepit, and smart TV (streaming channels only!)), has been recently redecorated. All amenities including Wifi included. 4 bedroom 3 bath, sleeps 10. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY 6/15-9/2. Sorry no pets

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
