Cottage holiday rentals in Hastings

The cottage was beautiful, and though there was a little bit of miscommunication, Tim and Kate went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us! We would definitely consider staying again when it's warmer out!

This place is super cute! The living room and dining room were spacious enough to fit 6 adults comfortably. The shower stayed hot for all of us to take showers in the morning one right after the other. It's close to Saugatuck and Douglas which are both great communities to visit and there are so many cute shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the studio sized cottage and was a perfect getaway for a few days! The bikes were a fun addition as well as the hot tub!

This place is so pretty. It was very spacious and the surroundings were gorgeous! We did not want to live. We felt like we were home and the beach was only a few minutes away. Zach was very helpful and responsive and very accommodating. The only thing we did not like was that the landscaping people were there twice during our stay. Waking up our baby one morning. We also had an issue w one of the hammocks but did not address this with Zach until after our stay.

Judy's place was great she was one of the best hosts I've had on Airbnb. whenever we had a question she was quick to respond. It was clean and the hot tub was amazing with nature all around. First place I will look for when we come back to the area.

Joshua was an excellent host. He was very responsive and flexible. The home was exactly as described. The yard was great for the kids to play in. View from the deck is beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. House was a great fit for our vacation. Bedrooms were very nice with comfy mattress and bedding. Bathrooms were stocked with a few essentials which is always a great touch. Living room / dining room area are beautiful and well designed to host a larger group like ours. We most definitely would recommend and would stay at the home again! Thank you Joshua for saving our vacation!

Dragan was an amazing host. When a problem occurred he was quick to fix it and make it better! Super responsive and a lovely place!

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend getaway! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. We enjoyed all this property inside and outside. All the little touches from smore kits, popcorn machine, charging station, games for the family and towels for the hot tub made this property even better. We enjoyed hiking at trails nearby. My husband and son fished every day. Went into Hastings and Middleville for some amazing dinners. We had some breathtaking sunsets as well! We would love to come back when the weather is even warmer to fully enjoy the lake.

The beds are actually comfortable! this was a great place. it had beautiful scenery and communication was great!

We absolutely loved the location of this adorable cottage right in town and so walkable to everywhere in Saugatuck. The views were great and the chairs on the patio looking out on the water were so relaxing. The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. I also loved that they had cable, so we could relax for a bit before bed and not have to try to remember passwords to log into our streaming platforms.

Very cozy and cute place! I loved the short walk into town. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend. My family & fur-baby adored this place and I definitely plan to come back. I loved the backyard! It’s so big! It was fun to hang back there and exercise. I have so many good things to say.

This is our second stay at the cottage and the first stay we rated it a 5 star and we would rate higher this time if we could . We had a baby shower for our daughter and the cottage was PERFECT .

Kevin was an excellent host! After arriving, he proactively reached out to make sure everything was satisfactory. The property was as described and within close proximity of the beach. Both checking in and out were seamless. I would highly recommend staying here!

This cottage is so nicely situated and comfortable I tried to extend my stay and it was already booked! Just as described, this little gem is minutes from a lake with beach-like allure that makes the cottage even more attractive.

We went here for a birthday weekend with plans to attend Hippiefest, which was also great with lots of vendors, good music and lots of food truck options. The house was beautiful, access to the boat was unreal, and being pet friendly was a huge plus. They communicated very well and were friendly definitely would recommend to a friend! What amazing weekend!

This place was beautiful and cozy. Very nostalgic lake house vibe. The kids played the NES and watched vhs while we just hung out. Thanks for the stay and the accommodations!

First I'd like to say the photos don't fully capture the little details that make the house feel like a home. I was there with my family for 6 nights, and most of the time was spent outside on the paddle boards, or kayaks, or fishing - but we did have a rainy day where we played ping pong, fuse ball, and karaoke. A rainy day at the lake is always better than a sunny day at home. The sitting area outside near the firepit (right beside the water) was also great - we spent almost every evening there by the fire. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic. Jennifer is also a great host. She made sure we had all the information we needed upon arrival and check out, and was very quick to respond if the occasional question came up. We will be staying there again, and I definitely recommend this home for those looking for a nice vacation home.

Cecily was amazing. We rented the air bnb for over a month, as we suffered a house fire. She was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to be kind, communicate, and was extremely empathetic to our situation. Highly recommend and would love to come back, as more of a vacation next time hopefully ❤️

Dona & David were amazing hosts. Their listing was phenomenal and everything exceeded my expectations. The views were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While we didn’t get to enjoy the water, it was beautiful to see. The cabin was exactly as described, everything was spotlessly clean. Paw Paw is a quaint town, Maple Lake is gorgeous, and the locals were all very friendly. The recommendations in the binder hit it out of the ball park. We enjoyed Red’s Rootbeer, which is a popular spot for coney dogs and other assorted foods! Overall, our stay was well worth it. In fact, we’re already planning on coming back later this year just to spend time at the cabin. Friendliest hosts, convenient location, lots of creature comforts, very relaxing. I haven’t felt this refreshed after a vacation in years. Thank you again!

This cozy cabin is in a perfect location, just a short drive from so many great spots. Despite being close to the owners’ house, I felt like I had complete privacy, especially with the deck facing the woods and the fire pit area all to ourselves. The space is small but thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, making it a perfect retreat for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway.

The house is so nice and the location of the house and the view of the lake from the back deck is beautiful ! Will definitely be going back.
