Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Lakefront Bungalow, Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow & separate bunkhouse. It comes with 22' pontoon boat (special license not needed if over 30), 2 kayaks, and private dock plus swim platform w/ladder from May through October, weather permitting. The property is spread over 2 large lots with expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond that provides an abundance of nature (sights & sounds).

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Come get cozy and reset away from the hustle and bustle!

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Serenity on School Lake is your own little paradise! This cozy country cottage sits on it's own private lake (approx 200 yards from the home) with lots of wildlife. Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. Located in the heart of quintessential small town Lake Odessa, the Beach Cottage is situated right on Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is 430 acres, and all sports. It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.
