In the special situation Norway and the world is now experiencing, we are expanding the possibilities for stays in the apartment in the brewer's house at Aaraas farm. Maybe you and your family, or someone in your family, will want a different place to stay for a weekend or a week. You may have a challenging work situation and need a peace of mind and/or good rest. Quiet and nice neighborhood on top of Oslo. Short distance to both bus and subway that takes you to the city center in about 13 minutes. About 30 minutes to walk to Barcode. Free parking in the streets. City views. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with a good shower and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A good desk for home office on the go. A perfect place for those who want to stay near the city, but without the noise.

Bright and nice apartment at Teisen Two bedrooms + balcony

Apartment in quiet area, renovated in 2022 with new surfaces, new kitchen and bathroom. After the pictures were taken, a seating area was added to the balcony + barbecue. The bed in the smallest bedroom has been replaced with two pcs. Kivik sofa beds from IKEA, which combined with an extra mattress topper becomes a comfortable 180 cm wide double bed for two people. It takes approx. 20-30 min by public transport to the city center, "door-to-door". No noise, partying and smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette koselige stedet. Leilighet på 55kvm, med egen parkeringsplass. T-banestasjonen er kun 1 min unna, som tar deg til sentrum på 15 min. Dagligvarebutikk (Coop Extra) kun noen minutter å gå, samt Tveita senter én stasjon unna. Romslig og behagelig, med en stor innglasset balkong med fin utsikt. Østmarka er rett i nærheten. Passer perfekt til et par eller venner. OBS! Soverommet har ikke dører, og det er dessverre ikke skapplass tilgjengelig.
