Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

Commanderie de la Romagne (La Romagne Commandery)

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! Bed and breakfast for one or two people including one bedroom, with bathroom, toilet and private terrace (no kitchen). Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price indicated. The room is located in the building of the old drawbridge, fortified in the 15th century. Romagna is a former commandery founded by the Templars around 1140, then it belonged to the Order of Malta.

Small cozy house in the countryside

Located on the borders of Champagne and Burgundy, on the edge of the National Forest Park, this pleasant, comfortable and warm house invites you to a soothing stay in the countryside. Equipped with full amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ping-pong table, board games. Guests will enjoy a 1 ha park with pond, geese and horses. You will travel the surrounding country roads thanks to two electric bikes and an urban bike at your disposal.

"La Maison d'à côté", a small country house, refurbished, welcomes you for a work stay or a family stay. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedalo, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Quiet village house 12 minutes from the toll.

Welcome to this small country house for 4 people + baby (baby cot) located 12 minutes from the toll and 15 minutes from Langres with its ramparts and 4 lakes. Beds are ready and towels are provided. Possibility of breakfast for €5/person with milk, coffee, Ricorée, tea, herbal teas, chocolate, rusks, sliced bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice, compote, chocolate cereals, oatmeal. Heating with pellet stove.

Warm and modern decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it possible to prepare delicious meals. The large shower, spacious bedroom, and sofa bed add a touch of comfort. It's a perfect place to feel at a home away from home.

The Gite des Ecuries de la Roche

Do you want rest and nature? Come and relax in our cottage which adjoins the Stables of the rock. We will be happy to welcome you in our farmhouse renovated in 2019. The sound of clogs will punctuate your stay and you can walk in the 7 hectares adjoining our farm. To end the day why not a small meal on the terrace... Your pet dogs, cats...are of course welcome! ( if sociable ) €5 extra.

We are happy to welcome you all year round to our gîte (6 people), completely renovated and carefully furnished. (AUTONOMOUS INPUT) Small independent tower, located within our property, at a place called “Ferme du Val Bruant” You can have lunch in our magnificent orchard where you will discover a breathtaking view of the Aujon Valley and visit the magnificent village of ARC EN BARROIS

The Loevenbrück family welcomes you to the exceptional setting of their 19th-century home, with its park, pond, woods and gardens. As well as being a place steeped in history, our house is a haven of peace, inviting you to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. We are winemakers in the Côtes de Toul AOC, so you can taste our wines on-site or take them home as a souvenir.

The MoNa Mill

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

My accommodation is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is good for couples, solo or businessman. It is located on a busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with a location. 5 minute walk there is a grocery store open until 11pm and just across the street from the bakery. You will access the city center within 10 minutes.
