A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool, located on our terrace and accessible to everyone, is round (Ø 3.70 m, height 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand (see photo). We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.

Fishermen's paradise (river, lakes, ponds). Numerous activities offered in the area ( swimming, hikes, water activities 15 km away)

I offer you a little paradise in Magnac Laval, a place called cressac, in the limousin, a very friendly place, you will not regret, for a couple with 1 child or 3 adults,there is a bedroom and a living room , equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a veranda that overlooks a large garden, barbecue, not very far from the highway 20 , 500 m from the pouyades, 3 km from shops ( Intermarché) bakery.(Pets are accepted with a supplement)

It is less than 15 minutes from La Souterraine, 30 minutes from Limoges, Châteauroux and Guéret. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a 2 person bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. WiFi is available.

An independent charming cottage for 2 to 5 people located in the Moulin Bleu on an island of La Vienne in the middle of a property of 15 hectares. A small private garden, a shared indoor pool (heated from early April to mid-November), a sauna, a boat, canoes, a ping pong table, a foosball, WiFi, are at the tenant's disposal free of charge. Two large private walks with many accesses to the river.
