Condat-sur-Ganaveix has a superette and bar in the village (2 km). One bedroom and a comfortable double sleeper couch sleeps up to four guests. Welcome to our Gite, simply named Le Gite No 2! Over the past year we have brought this old building back to life with a total re-fit and makeover. Gite is in an amazing location with lots to do and see. Your hosts are Mark and Agnieszka, and, between us, we speak English, French, Polish and a little German. We are here to make your stay with us happy and relaxing, while you create wonderful memories! We live next door to the Gite and therefore, should you need help, we are on hand 24/7.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

On the facade of the main house, in the heart of the village, nothing suggests the presence of the small house. Between the courtyard and garden, at the top of the stone staircase, a guest house awaits you overlooking a shaded garden that is not overlooked. If the courtyard is a space for meeting and socializing with the locals, the garden will allow you to enjoy a space of intimacy, a green setting overlooking the village where you can enjoy your meals and relax in the hammock.

A perfect retreat amongst the wildlife, ideally located midway between Limoges and Angoulême and close to the Leisure Lakes of The Charente/Haute-Vienne. Les Salles-Lavauguyon with a friendly welcoming bar ran by locals is only a few minutes walk away. The châteaux of La Rochefoucauld, Rochechouart and Montbron are just a short drive away.

Dining room, living room with TV fireplace and convertible sofa that can accommodate 1 or 2 additional people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub . outside, table, barbecue, swing,. In the property you will find mountains and donkeys. As a result, dogs are not allowed.
