Small 60 m2 stone house with 3 rooms on 3 levels, adjoining that of the owners. On the ground floor, a living room, dining room, kitchen giving access to a 20 m2 non-enclosed terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 parquet bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a bathroom (shower, toilet) On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (90 x 200) The house has unsecured stairs. This is a fully renovated 40 m2 vacation home, 130 m from the beach, comprising a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (pillows, duvet and blanket for each bed), terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
