This place can be rented per night €65 for 2 people with breakfast or per week €400 without breakfast.

Welcome to La Petite Chouette and Saint Léonard, a heritage village in the heart of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Relax in the comfort of this old farmhouse, converted into a cozy house. Ideally located, you can visit Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes, Fougères and the D-Day beaches. From the house you can access the GR hiking trail for beautiful walks. Departure for the bay crossings are in the village.

1500 m from the beach, 100 m from the protected site of Havre de la Vanlée, 10 km from Granville. Independent townhouse for 5 people, simple comfort in a house with character, two bedrooms. Garden available with tables, chairs, deckchair, barbecue. Baby cot and high chair on request. Our accommodation is located in a detached house located 300 m from the beach that we have just carefully renovated to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located on the first floor of the house, on the ground floor, another smaller accommodation is also offered for rent. We'll be happy to welcome you personally upon key handover.

Mont Saint Michel, Genêts, Shelter from the Strikes

Individual villa on the edge of the Grève, facing only Mont-Saint-Michel and Tombelaine... Serenity and rest assured! Genêts is the must-see place to make the mythical crossing of the Bay. The GR223 starts at the bottom of the house: to the left towards the Mont and to the right towards Granville.
