Located 10 minutes from the center of Paris (Gare Saint Lazare) and 10 minutes from La Défense (by bus), 30 minutes from the Defense Arena. Well located and close to all amenities (public transport, trade, pharmacy, bakery,...). Coffee and tea are offered, linens and towels are available.

We rent our outbuilding equipped on the ground floor: a fully equipped open kitchen area in which you can eat and a shower room with toilet then upstairs: a living room with sofa bed, TV, internet and large storage spaces and a very quiet bedroom overlooking the garden. The property is located a 5mn walk from Parc Pierre Lagravere, from all shops and transport (T2, bus 304, sncf station) close to La Defense and 10m by train from Paris St Lazare.

Small studio at the bottom of my garden with terrace where you can enjoy meals or simply enjoy the beautiful weather. You are a 7-minute walk from Houilles train station and the city center. From the train station you can reach Charles de Gaulle Étoile station or St Lazare station in 12 minutes and you can reach Versailles in 50 minutes via La Défense. At the exit of the train station, there is a bakery and a supermarket (Intermarché).
