Lugar céntrico, fácil acceso a taxis y muy buenos restaurantes. Tiene todas las comodidades para un descanso perfecto, con una bella vista al mar !

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O atendimento foi incrível desde o início, sempre com respostas rápidas, completas e que nos ajudaram. O apartamento é confortável, tem ar condicionado no quarto, fica próximo de cafés, restaurantes, praças bastante conhecidas, centrinho de Havana. E o ponto alto foi a Leysa, que ajudou em absolutamente TUDO que precisamos e de uma maneira super gentil. Como era nossa primeira vez em Cuba, não conhecíamos algumas dinâmicas do local, como alguns locais para compras, troca de dinheiro etc. Recomendo demais esse apartamento!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay in Villa Vera. We all believed it had to be the greatest Airbnb in the city. We were given a Cuban phone which was extremely useful. Yenier's staff always responded to us right away and they gave us so many great recommendations. We did a full day beach excursion and were taken to the most gorgeous spot. The phone was also very helpful to arrange for taxis to take us where we needed to go, often at the last minute. We also made the very smart choice to have a dinner cooked by the private chef on our first night. What an absolute treat it was, the food was incredible, probably the best meal we had in Havana. Having dinner in the house is a must. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Having wifi in the house was excellent as it can be difficult to come by internet in Havana. Overall our stay was close to flawless, and I would definitely stay in Villa Vera again.

I had a great time. First time at this rental. Great location....power didn't go off. Very spacious apartment. Secure entry. Camera on the inside of the front door, before you go upstairs to the apartment. Store right next door for drinks, food etc. Restaurants just a block away. Owner was helpful with any questions I had. Wifi was good! Bathroom is big and nice. Highly recommend this place! Lo pasé genial. Era mi primera vez en este alojamiento. Excelente ubicación... no se fue la luz. Apartamento muy espacioso. Entrada segura. Cámara en la parte interior de la puerta principal, antes de subir al apartamento. Tienda justo al lado para bebidas, comida, etc. Restaurantes a solo una cuadra. El dueño me ayudó con todas mis preguntas. ¡El wifi funcionaba bien! El baño es grande y bonito. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar!

Rubén es muy amable nos supo orientar muy bien en la ciudad, el departamento es muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario como en casa, con una vista al mar desde todos los ángulos del departamento la terraza un sueño inclusive con hamaca.

Javier's place is clean and had all of the amenities we needed during our 4 night stay. The building's condition was average in the developing neighborhood of Vedado that's very close to the Malecon with spectacular sunsets. There are delicious restaurants in a walkable distance, and the Caribbean Sea can be seen to the left and Revolutionary Square to the right from the skyline balcony. Javier's team of hosts, tour guides, and taxi drivers took care of us throughout our stay, especially Eduardo who took us on a day trips to Old Havana, Saturn Cave, Mantanzas, and Veradado Beach. Great people and location in Havana!

Carlos was an amazing guy. He followed through with everything he said. He was very punctual with time and had great recommendations. The apartment is in an ideal location, social club right across , waterfront blocks away, local coffee , bread, and ice cream shops . It was easy to navigate through Vedado. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

This apartment was very centrally located in Old Havana. It was also very clean. My only reservation is the size of the apartment, though well laid out, is small (price to size comparison). Also, watch your head when climbing the stairs you can easily hit your head. Lastly the immediate area is a little dirty but this is not their responsibility…

nossa estadia foi muito agradável e realmente facilitada pelo auxílio prestado pelo Vlad e sua família. eles foram muito solícitos e disponíveis para nos ajudar no que fosse necessário, desde o acesso à internet até aos passeios turísticos que fizemos. nos deu ótimas dicas para a estadia em Havana e ideias de passeios que poderíamos fazer. o ambiente da casa era limpo quase todos os dias, com roupas de cama e banho sempre trocadas por novas e limpas. a decoração é um charme e, apesar do calor, dentro do ap ficava bem fresco pela ventilação e ar condicionado. certamente, nossa estadia foi um dos pontos altos da viagem.

This apartment is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The design is spectacular with brand new high end finishes and furniture. It has triple exposures, 2 balconies and probably one of the best views of Havana. Also the service is like a 5 star hotel, only better. Excellent price/ value and highly recommended.

Linda experiencia, fascinados con el apartamento todo muy limpio y bien equipado la vista increíble, cero apagones en esa zona, el edificio muy seguro, elevador y parqueo privado dentro del edificio, la atención de Karla y de su padre Javier fue excelente muy amable y servicial sin dudas regresaremos lo califico 11 de 10.

This apartment was perfect—clean, safe, and the private balcony delivered incredible sunset views over Havana. We hitchhiked into the city (common in Cuba), and it cost $10–$15 USD to get to Centro and Habana Vieja. Armando, the property manager, was kind, responsive, and helped us prepare for the infrastructure challenges in Cuba. Electricity outages happen daily for 3–4 hours and don’t follow a strict schedule. Bring power banks (ideally with DC outlets for the WiFi). Restaurants can’t operate well during outages, bring lots of snacks like energy bars, and a water filter such as a LifeStraw. Bottled water is hard to find—Armando sells small bottles for $1. Petty theft is rising due to economic hardship, so stay alert, especially at night. We were three women and had no issues, but stayed aware and made local friends who looked out for us. Despite these challenges, Havana is vibrant, resilient, and welcoming. Tourism is vital now—don’t skip it. This is the place to stay.

Great central location for Havana in a really tidy place. Lots of room and privacy. Fidel was very helpful for anything that we needed.

Super nice apartment...one of the nicest I have stayed in on many visits to Havana. Ana who manages the home lives next door, so very easy to get help. She gave me some meds that changed my trip for the better. Highly recommend this place.

Ev iyi, tek sorun ev sahibinin çok ayrıntılı tariflerle bunaltması, kilidin nasıl açılıp kilitlendiğini, sifonun nasılçalıştığını, klimanın nasıl çalıştığını, vantilatörün nasıl açıldığını anlatmaya gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum. Evin temizliği konumu rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Ev sahiplerinin ilgisi biraz bunaltıcıydı.

One of the best stays I’ve had in central Cuba. This property was top tier and had the right Wi-Fi speed for work. The rooms were well cleaned and comfy. Thanks to my Host for making sure my stay was “Home away from home”. I will be back!

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. Words are not enough to express our gratitude for the experience we had in this beautiful apartment! The apartment itself gorgeous, very spacious and extremely well decorated. We loved every detail! There were terraces and views in every direction! Breakfast on the terrace upstairs every morning was delicious and stunning! And pool was wonderful for our tired bodies and feet that danced all day and night. And July, our host was absolutely the best!!!! He was so sweet, helpful and accommodating!! We will be back for sure!!

One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
