La casa esta situada en una zona tranquila y segura, cerca de un parque ecologico y de varios hoteles (Monte Habana, Occidental Miramar, Triton, Comodoro, etc.). La zona esta rodeadade de distintos restaurantes y tiene buena comunicacion con el centro de la ciudad. Tiene a 100 metros una zona wifi.
