Cozy wooden house in quiet rural surroundings

Nice charming wooden house, which is located as an annex to a closed farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden terrace. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with large sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on a 1½ person bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately, it's not a handicap-friendly house.

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Annex with kitchenette, double bed (140 cm width) and bathroom with shower. Own entrance. Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.
