Shopping within walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

This unique residence has panoramic views of Køge Bay with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is a large private beach area and a nice jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking is available both upstairs and downstairs on the property.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Huset er på 2 etager, nyere køkken, badeværelse, spiseplads og et stort rum ovenpå med sofagruppe, 2 enkelt og en dobbeltseng. Der er udgang til terrasse med udsigt over hestefolde og skoven i baggrunden. Der er egen indgang og adgang til hyggelig gårdhave med spa. Der 1 km til Herfølge station som har hurtig tog til Køge og København. 4,5 km til Køge golfklub.

Charmerende træhus, som ligger som et annex i baghaven til et nedlagt landbrug. Huset har egen indkørsel bag den gamle lade, og egen lille træterrasse. Huset indeholder entre, stort rum med køkken, spisebord og stue med 140 cm sovesofa, badeværelse, indbygget garderobe og lille soveværelse med 120 cm seng. Huset har plads til 4 personer (2 personer på sovesofa i stuen, og 2 personer på 1½ mandsseng i soveværelset), men fungerer bedst til 2-3 pers. Desværre ikke et handicapvenligt hus.

Boligen ligger ca. 1 km. i gå-afstand til stationen, hvorfra det tager ca. 30. min med toget direkte ind til centrum i København. Boligen er en gæstebolig til hovedhuset hvor værten bor. Boligen er tæt på mange butikker, og ca. 1,5 km. afstand til stranden. Boligen består af en enkelt seng på hemsen, samt en seng der er 140 cm. i stuen.
