Your sunny lakeside vacation home - come on out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Vacation home 1 at Heidesee

The vacation home 1+2 is located on a private property of 1000 m². The cottages have an area of approximately 43 m². The beach is about 50 m away. Restaurants are very close by: Greek about 50 m, German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy are about 600 m away. To the train station in about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes to the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes to Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Plau Lagoons 10: for the very large group of rascals

The ideal apartment for large families, groups of friends, seminars. Enjoy a great view from one of your two spacious balconies on the first floor or the additional balcony in the attic. Two bedrooms with king size double bed, one children's room with two bunk beds, two shower rooms and two living rooms with sofa bed. Bright, light-flooded, lovingly designed spaces. Individually selected furniture in harmonious arrangements in a special ambience.

Cozy coastal chalet with sauna, fireplace, Baltic Sea

The cozy coastal chalet on the edge of the nature reserve at the Szczecin Haff is made entirely of native wood as well as with a very individual equipment and art. After a relaxing sauna in the house by the burning fireplace, what could be better than enjoying the unobstructed view over the Niedermoor to the harbour. With a bit of luck you can see migratory white-tailed eagles or cranes spending the night at the Stettiner Haff, 900m away.

Just 200 meters from the beach is our newly renovated and stylishly furnished 42 m² 2-room apartment. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the boats of the marina up to the harbor entrance. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price.

SEA apartment only 800 meters to the sandy beach

The lovingly furnished apartment is only 800 meters from the romantic natural sandy beach. Ideal starting point for a beach vacation, visiting the island of Usedom or a day trip to Poland. The very well-developed European cycle path passes directly next to the apartment.
