We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. These open-space lofts have a queen-size bed (160 x 200cm), a kitchenette with a large wooden table for eating or working, and finally, an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Einfach Plus Minilofts have large windows which make the space look really open. They also feature a mini-balcony which opens up the space further and overlooks some of Berlin's Kreuzberg rooftops.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
