Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Haynes Area, Nashville

Fantastic place to stay that was located in an ideal spot whether you want to go down town or explore other spots in the area. The house alone had enough to do for an entire weekend from teeing off golf balls, relaxing in the sauna, watching a movie in the basement that gives an actual movie theater feeling and cooking amazing meals with the perfect kitchen loaded with all the tools to do so.

We loved our stay at this cute little cottage. With in walking distance of the 12th St district and a short uber drive from Broadway or anywhere else we wanted to go. Karla was amazing and responsive to all of our questions and the little touches she adds in make your stay so much easier and enjoyable. We will definitely be back to this home away from home!!!

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

I would give more than 5 stars if It could. We loved the location, it had everything we needed and was super clean. We loved the fun touches like the record player, foosball table, backyard area and front porch swing. It was perfect for a family, we have a 9 year old and newborn, but I could also see it being perfect for a group of friends. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was so fun to stay in with its themed rooms. Everything was beautiful and comfortable and exactly as described. Would highly recommend and would hope to stay there the next time we visit.

A Hidden Gem in Germantown – Unforgettable Stay! Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the charm, cleanliness, and thoughtful design of the space. It perfectly blended modern comfort with historic character—exactly what you’d hope for in one of Nashville’s most beautiful neighborhoods. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (plus a few delightful extras). We loved being able to walk to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, etc—everything in Germantown is so accessible. And after a day of exploring, coming back to this peaceful, stylish retreat was the perfect way to unwind. We can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you're visiting Nashville for the first time or or returning for another adventure, this Airbnb is a total gem

This was a spacious and CLEAN stay! Easy to get to, wonderful instructions provided beforehand. We only stayed one night but had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again when back in Nashville.

Ruth is a wonderful hostess! Traveled to Nashville with childhood friends for our annual get together and decided on staying at her place. A decision well made for sure. Ruth was very responsive to questions and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The place was exactly as described and the extra amenities (cookies, eggs, english muffins, etc) were an unexpected bonus! If I ever have the need for a place to stay in Nasville again, I hope this place is available because it will certainly be my first choice! Thank you Ruth!

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Natalie’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hidden gem!! Perfect location, kind and friendly host and owner. They helped with an important delivery that was necessary during our stay. (Thank you!!!) Beautiful decor inside and out. Pictures don't do it justice. Just as described. Very comfortable bed! Loved having a full sized fridge, washer and dryer. The amenities and small details were very helpful. (We cooked many meals.) Squeaky clean!! Peaceful and safe location. Within 10 to 15 minutes drive time of all tourist spots (Broadway, Grand Ole Opry General Jackson showboat, Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, Parthenon, Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, city auditorium, Opry Mills Mall, local groceries, gas and pharmacy). A tip... If driving down to Broadway or the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, park in the underground garage across from the symphony and next to the Hilton on South 4th Street. It's only 1.5 blocks away from Broadway, well lit, and safe. This is our top pick for an Airbnb on a return visit!!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!

Our third stay at Denise’s place was great as always! Exactly like the pictures. The beds and space are very comfortable. Denise is always responsive and handled a small issue quickly. This place is in a great area and within a reasonable distance of downtown and other spots around town. We look forward to staying again next year!
