Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nashville

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

Just had a bachelor party and this house was phenomenal! The house was clean, spacious, and in a great neighborhood. Many restaurants in walking distance and a very short taxi, scooter or 20 minute walk to Broadway. The rooftop hangout area for the house was great as well! The host responded quickly if we had any questions. We had a blast and would 100% stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's place! Everything was just as described-clean, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect-close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.

This was a much needed oasis on our way to Bonnaroo. It was great to have a very good night's sleep before heading out to what ended up being a flooded festival. Was hoping to stay again after. The coffee corner is a life saver.

Patrick's place was perfect for our adult group of seven. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It was quick and easy to Uber to downtown Nashville, too. We enjoyed our time together and would definitely stay here again.

Ruth is a wonderful hostess! Traveled to Nashville with childhood friends for our annual get together and decided on staying at her place. A decision well made for sure. Ruth was very responsive to questions and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The place was exactly as described and the extra amenities (cookies, eggs, english muffins, etc) were an unexpected bonus! If I ever have the need for a place to stay in Nasville again, I hope this place is available because it will certainly be my first choice! Thank you Ruth!

Great stay, back patio is very peaceful. My family had a great time. Matt and Steph are very nice people and quick to respond with anything you need.

Vicki was very kind and welcoming to me and my children during our stay. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and it was nice that she was close for the duration of our stay. Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! Love love love! It was the perfect cozy little place for our girls trip! Perfect for the 3 of us. It was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Anna was so kind and very responsive, a wonderful host. 10/10 would stay again when I visit Nashville!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars
