Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hebden Bridge

John was the perfect host, readily available and very helpful. The house was lovely, but what was also unique was all the small added touches John arranged for our arrival like fresh produce in the fridge, full bowl of fruit, large assortment of chocolate, nuts and other items, even new toothbrushes if you needed them along with many other things that you don’t normally expect. House is in a great position, very close to the town centre. Would thoroughly recommend.

John was an amazing host. The place is gorgeous. Love the added touches of providing the essentials of milk, eggs, bread and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious! The place is located between the 2 main villages and the walks around it were great! Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Kizzie’s place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for my husband and I. Didn’t need the car at all and the centre is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants to choose from and lovely little shops to browse in. We went to the cinema too which is a few minutes walk away and had a lot of character. Beautiful surroundings, lovely walks down the canal or sit in Kissie’s garden. Bed was so comfy and we slept so well. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Just got back from having 3 lovely nights stay at Carr Cottage. The cottage is spacious, very clean, well equipped, comfortable & warm. Good size bathroom with an excellent shower and large towels which is always a bonus. We only used the first floor bedroom but the bed was so comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to Halifax, bus right outside your door, an hour walk to Sowerby Bridge along the canal and a bus at the bottom of the road to Hebden Bridge. Also, a friendly local pub a few minutes walk down hill too. Thank you Ric & Ingrid for being great hosts, will recommend 😊

Cute little place right next to the National Trust Hardcastle crags great walks. Lovely kitchen everything you need, nice treats, fresh milk, fresh eggs, chocolates, marmalade, bread, bottle of fizz. Lovely games in the Chest if drawers for the whole family. Well equipped Kitchen with everything you need love the orange vibe going to use a bit of that inspiration in my new kitchen!

The location was 10/10 - next to the train station. The home had everything we needed, all the kitchen appliances and everything you’d need for a short stay. The outdoor area is so so lovely, the flowers and greenery make it very relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children on a visit to Holmfirth to see my best friend. Simon was so helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. He ensured everything was set up for us including an extra bed for the children, fresh bread on the side, and milk in the fridge. Also loved the fresh coffee available. Our kids loved running circles around the the flat and Simon even made a point to say to not worry about the kids running around as his children even loved doing that when they were young. So it was very nice to be in a family friendly place. Even the fresh tulips on the table made us smile. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay!

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

We stayed overnight at Diana's and it was perfect. The photos don't do it justice; it was much better and the living area, bedroom and bathroom were all huge! A great place to stay.

Loved my stay here. The accommodation was clean and the photos resemble what the accommodation is like. The accommodation is in a peaceful area and I loved seeing the deer first thing in the morning. Graham gave excellent instructions as to how to get to the accommodation but was able to figure this out pretty easily by looking at the satellite feature on Google maps. Graham is really friendly and it is clear that they are passionate about the area that they live in. The breakfast spread is on another level of greatness! The fresh eggs are delicious! I hope to be back soon, it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

Just what we were looking for - long scenic walks in beautiful surroundings. The flat was so lovely and was comfortable with everything we needed - with wonderful views. Perfect get away.

Very happy with Rachel and her apartment. It is a steep climb to the Bronte’s parsonage but walking is what the Brontes did themselves.

We had the most amazing time in your home Stuart and Angela. ❤️ You made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped in. The views were breathtaking and the peace and quiet at the cottage was just what we needed. The views of the village, the sun set and the full moon were all beautiful gems we got to experience at Top of t’hill. You really have made it a cosy and comfortable stay, and it was a perfect getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The gym and sauna were great facilities that we benefitted and enjoyed too. Your eco environment friendly home and surroundings was an inspiration to us. Finally, your hospitality and kindness, and lovely chats with us made us feel like old friends! The place was everything we dreamed of when we stayed. From the moment we first got there Dean and Kerry were so welcoming and so was their little family, always offered help when we needed it as we had trouble setting the tv up dean was super helpful. The place was so cozy and homely you felt right at home the moment you stepped in. It was so peaceful and the perfect little getaway. Everything was in walking distance or just a short drive away. Will definitely be staying again ☺️

Had a great stay in this immaculately modernised and comfortable apartment on the edge of a cute village. Well placed for lovely drives and walks. Everything you could need is provided, including a very well stocked kitchen, an excellent welcome guide and a few provisions. Andrea was very helpful with instructions on the location and parking and although we didn't need her help during our stay, we felt that we could contact her anytime. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
