Apartment holiday rentals in Heber City

The view from the patio and reading area were amazing. My boyfriend and I also really enjoyed snuggling up by the fireplace at night. We were in town to go diving at homestead crater and Colton’s place was the perfect location (only 6 min drive when we needed to be at the crater at 6 am). Definitely would stay again

This studio apartment was perfect for our ski trip! The building is fairly new, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. We were right across the street from the jordanelle gondola, but note that the road leading down to the gondola is pretty steep and windy. They do offer a free shuttle though- we didn’t end up using it and I’m not sure if it actually pulls into the building’s parking lot or not. Belinda also offers a ski locker in the building which is great! There is also complementary ski storage at the jordanelle gondola. Free parking was a plus for driving into park city and to other ski resorts. They’re still doing a lot of construction of deer valleys new ski area, but I’m sure by next year when they’re finished there will be a lot more to do in that area! Hoping we will be able to visit again in the future!

This unit is on the smaller side but as a solo traveler it suited me fine. All was clean on arrival . Close to the rail trail which provides a paved path to Main Street. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Unit is on the third floor but close to the elevator. Parking can be tight at times. Carriage House has installed the heater/ AC right next to the bed so can be a bit noisy at night.

Doyle’s place met all our needs. We had a party of four people. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels, linens, pillows and extra blankets. We had plenty of hot water. The water from the refrigerator was very good. Doyle provides a drip coffee maker with plenty of filters. Easy checkin and plenty of room for our coolers and baggage storage. We had a little trouble connecting to wifi at first, but Doyle had a quick response time and we were able to connect. The heater in the living room was a nice addition and made the small area cozy and comfortable. This is a basement rental so we could hear some noise from above occasionally. I use a white noise app on my phone so didn’t bother me in the least. I would rent Doyle’s place again!

This place was exactly as described! Brennan was responsive and gave helpful instructions. I loved the theater themed room. Bed was comfortable.

This basement apartment is a great place for a stay. Cheri was a great host. I was welcomed by a fresh loaf of homemade sourdough bread and honey butter. This unexpected touch of class made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

I had a great stay at Jeff’s place. He was super responsive to my questions and resolved minor issues with aplomb and kindness. This particular unit is very well kitted out and was so easy to relax in. I’ll be back if I can!

Jameson and Mindy’s place was such a great way to end the trip. It’s outside of SLC enough to give that smaller town feel vibe, but the drive into the city was easy. The views and amenities are just as pictured, and the bed is SO COMFY. They provided great food recommendations (Localz Bistro) and truly had everything we could have needed for an awesome stay. My husband and I hope to be back!

We had a very amazing stay. The Airbnb was very clean and even more spacious than expected. The place was very comfortable and extremely close to downtown and all the fun. The hot tub was a great addition. Overall one of the best stays I’ve had so far!

This Air BNB was perfect for us! We have two 5 month old boys and a 3 year old daughter and needed a weekend getaway near home. We could not have picked a better place! Everything in the air BNB was clean and luxurious. It is easy to tell when a place is trying to look fancy but is put together with cheap materials. This place was the complete opposite of that. Everything in there was carefully chosen and quality. It was nicer than any other air BNB or hotel we have stayed at. It also has a hot tub that is really nice that the owners prepare for you once you let them know when you would like to use it. The air BNB is located in a beautiful out of the way and quiet neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Nearby there are many restaurants. If I could give this air BNB more stars I would! This is the perfect place for a parents getaway who would just like to relax somewhere nice.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It was just me. Everything in the unit was great. Nicely updated. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic location with a very clean and functional living area. I was able to comfortably work here for the week and enjoy the nearby Park City surroundings. Had some issues with check-in and noise but host was always responsive in communicating. I'd definitely consider staying here again when in the area.

Magali's place was awesome! So clean, exactly as described, very comfortable and the views were amazing. We felt welcomed, all communications we had with Magali were answered promptly and we felt very much at home. We are hoping to come back again soon!

I stayed for a long weekend in Provo for a wedding. This place was easy to find, centrally located and easy to check in to. The old church building is beautiful and they have done a great job on renovations to create the apartments. The unit had everything I needed. The place was clean and had every amenity listed. I will definitely keep this place favorites for future visits to Provo, maybe next time I’ll check out one of the other listings in this unique building. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Clean and spacious. Kitchen is equipped with the essentials (coffee!). Loved the kids room. My toddler felt right at home, which is how we’ve been gauging the quality of our accommodations lately ;) Kevin (host) is very responsive. Definitely need a car to get places but not a far drive. Can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Park City! The location was perfect — super central yet incredibly quiet, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat right in the heart of everything. The space itself was stunning with a beautiful new renovation that felt clean, modern, and cozy. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. Incredible amenities & a fully stocked home which made it so seamless and easy. The host was amazing and so responsive, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Truly a 5-star experience — I’ll definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Sandy, Utah! It was the perfect spot for our 6-person bachelorette party. The house was clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed to feel right at home. The pool was definitely a highlight—relaxing, private, and a great way to spend the sunny afternoons. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! 💕🏡🌞

Teri’s condo was perfect for our vacation. Close to lifts, Park City and very convenient. Teri was very helpful and she responds quickly to any questions we had. The condo is very nice, well appointed and is even better than the photos. We especially appreciated the snacks, coffee and other kitchen items that made the stay even better. Highly recommended- we will be back!

We had an incredible stay at Mindy's place. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Our favorite was the pickleball court. My entire family loved playing. After our matches, the spa was the perfect place to unwind and view the beautiful Utah mountains. The kid's favorite was the inground trampoline and playset. We wish we could have stayed longer to have a BBQ in the backyard and a smore's night by the fireplace. We will come back! The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The basement apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 6. Mindy was so helpful during our stay. Her husband is also a pickleball instructor; next time, we'll take some lessons. I highly recommend this Airbnb! It has something for everyone to enjoy. P.S. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant only 10 min away. Sol Agave. Check it out!

Located very conveniently with a ski bus stop just 100 feet away. Couple of good breakfast/dining options within a walking distance, you should drive/take bus for Park City Main St. area. It was pretty much all I needed for a terrific week of skiing. Want to mention that host is very responsive.

This is an amazing apartment perfect for our small team that was traveling all the way from Hawaiʻi!. The amenities were great i.e. Great Gym, pool, golf simulator. The covered parking space was awesome! Theres a Walgreens across the street and was so helpful. Trader Joes up the street. Food locations in 5 min walk. Being centrally located and 15 minutes max from all the places that we needed to go took so much stress out of our trip. Now to speak to the apartment itself. It was a sanctuary. This is the best way I can describe this place. It was so peaceful, it was spotless, it had comfy beds and bedding. I slept on the couch while my teammates took the beds and I was comfortable because the sheets and comforter was of such a high quality. Our host, was extremely communicative. He provided very clear instructions. He messaged me throughout the stay with very helpful information. We travel a lot and this is the BEST place we ever stayed! Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo. (thank you)

This place was just what we were looking for. It was close to the places we wanted to go, it was clean, quiet and peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.
