It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

Totally renovated in 2019: Small recreational home in a cozy courtyard with 14 other cottages with open living room/kitchen, toilet with shower, bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). From the bedroom, you can reach the garden/seating area. Satellite TV and Ziggo. Unfortunately, not suitable for children. No smoking!! This unique accommodation has its own style. It is an old beach house that has become a beautiful contemporary cottage, with fantastic views over the meadows. From your bed, you can look through the French doors to the meadows and enjoy the morning sun. At the front, you can see the "Stelling van Amsterdam" and over the meadows. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset. Really a beautiful place.
