We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping everyday life. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the chalet!

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The sea view balcony is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice loft. Beach right in front of the door and several restaurants and beach bars nearby. We also found surprisingly nice. Cruise through the sea lock is recommended.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. Stefan and Tim were very friendly and always responded directly to our questions. The facility is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. With 3 adults who are not intimate with each other, the sleeping arrangements were a little too cramped. Unfortunately, a window could not be opened in one of the bedrooms. The property is very nice and well suited for a cozy evening. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected, but it is doable on foot. The surroundings are very beautiful and always worth a trip!

We had a wonderful stay in Castricum - Frank is a lovely and attentive host and was on hand to answer any questions and give recommendations for food and drink nearby. Castricum is a great hub to get to lots of places nearby (Haarlem, Alkmaar, Amsterdam) and the beach is fairly close too!

We spontaneously booked with Beke for 4 days and everything went very smoothly from the beginning. She welcomed us very warmly and we immediately felt very comfortable in the beautiful accommodation. The house is very lovingly furnished and has everything we wanted. A nice place to relax. The surroundings of the house are also very beautiful and it is even possible to reach the beach within about 70 minutes through the nature reserve. We could also easily reach the beach by car and park for free in the nearby area. The proximity to Alkmaar, a beautiful cozy town, is also very pleasant. There are many nice restaurants and small shops. We enjoyed our time at Beke very much and will be happy to come back. Thank you again for the loving hospitality. We enjoyed wonderful days in the great house. The two were always there for us with questions, tips for things to do in the area. The handout with information about the house was very helpful and in addition, the two were always available to us and very warm.

Great location. Close to Zaanshe Sans and airport. Place has amazing lake view. Walter is very responsive. Easy check in and check out.

This house is absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the woods in a beautiful home then this is place. The house had everything we needed and more. A short drive into the town which had great restaurants and grocery stores. Only a 30 minute drive into Amsterdam. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Coffee & tea supplied. Lovely apartment, lent us bikes foc. We used the pick up service from Amsterdam Centraal Station which was friendly, convenient & punctual. It was also good value for money. Best AirBnB so far! Thank you Bart, Elias & Renee.

My friend and I choose to stay here, since it was close to Zaanse-Schaans and Amsterdam Noord. And I must say: It’s the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever been to so far. I’d definitely recommend it to others, who’d like to wind out and relax after a very long day in the city and just wanna feel like home: this is the place. Marjolein has put so much love and detail to make this place super cozy. I really loved it. And the neighborhood feels super safe and there are some cafes close by with a nice view of the harbor. I immediately fell in love with the loft. Everything was right, Maaike has an exceptionally good furnishing style, just to fall in love and coordinated in every detail. The loft is huge and plenty of space. Thank you Maaike and Mark for this great opportunity to enjoy my spa vacation in beautiful Holland. Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaanvort by the sea and Alkmaar can be reached in no time by car and train. The weather was also right, so 10 out of 10 points.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!
