Wendy and Paul were very welcoming hosts and very responsive and friendly. Lovely place for a couple of nights away for me.

An excellent attentive host. Averyl. Good sized room within a home with car parking. A bus stop almost outside to take you to various places, including the town centre. Good quality local shops and eating places and a Toby Pub opposite. For walks there is the beach or South Downs. Certainly recommend

Fabulous place to stay with stylish but comfy decor. Everything we needed was provided and the location meant town and the beach were easily accessible. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a work trip and I didn’t spend much time in the flat but it worked well for what I needed. The place is clean and has new furniture and it’s in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. It was convenient and comfortable place to come back after a long day.
