"De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city at 300m from the market. The roof room is on the 2nd floor . There is a double box spring (+cot). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double lavabo, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. For this, additional costs will be charged for booking for two people (requests).

Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

The castle is very quietly located and surrounded by forest, fruit orchards, meadows and fields. The ideal starting point for beautiful cycling, hiking or vespat tours. But the city floors also come to their liking with the cozy cities of Hasselt, Genk, Liège, Maastricht and Aachen within a radius of 40 km. The castle is divided into several homes including this vacation home. If booked in time, the host can arrange electric rental bikes.

Detached cottage of 70m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, seating area, terrace with beautiful views over the fields and a private garden. In the living room there is a sofa bed so we can receive up to 5 people. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former pastorate . On the same property there is a second cottage. These can also be rented together, depending on availability. It can accommodate groups of up to 9 people.
