Directly at the house is a swimming facility or at the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. A boat can also be rented on request.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Idyllic 100m2 house with large outdoor area including lake, extensive natural meadow and wooded area for rent to 2-4 guests. The house has a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub as well as a guest room with a sofa bed + shower room. In the floor-heated living room there is a dining area with fireplace and TV corner. The large panoramic windows offer a beautiful view over the grounds and the lake.
