Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

The apartment on the upper floor with balcony is fully equipped, a garage with electric charging stations for bicycles, car parking space and a basement room are available. A varied environment with streams, lakes invite you to take walks and bike rides. We care about nature and sustainability. Children up to 17 years are free. Please do not register them as additional guests.

Our enclosed attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape and the NL. Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and recharge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

The birds that ring in the day and the birds that ring in the night. You can see the landscape from a higher perspective. You look at the world a different way, from above. Sleeping in a tree, literally sleeping among the branches, is an indescribable experience.

The Westmünsterland is famous for its park-like landscape as well as castles and palaces. For cozy evenings on the sofa in the living area there is an HD+ TV and a DVD player. A Nintendo Wii Fit console ensures active game evenings. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and can accommodate two people.
