The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Genieße die schöne Umgebung dieses romantischen Fleckchens in der Natur. Abenteuerlust und Entschleunigung sind Programm. Ihr schlaft in Leinen Bettwäsche und beobachtet aus dem Bett die Wellen und die Sterne . Erwacht mit einem fantastischen Sonnenaufgang 🌅 und füttert die Schwäne mit Haferflocken. Während draußen das Eis des Sees gefroren ist und leise unter den Schritten knirscht, lodert drinnen der Kamin und taucht den Raum in warmes Licht.

Das kleine Studio befindet sich in einer ausgebauten Scheune in der ich auch selber wohne.Die Scheune steht in einem schönen großen Garten.50 Meter entfernt fließt der Fluss die Dahme mit der Prieroser Schleuse.Also man kann außer mit dem Fahrrad,oder Bus oder Auto auch mit dem Boot kommen.Viele Freizeitbeschäftigungen sind möglich,schwimmen in den schönen in der Nähe liegenden Seen,Kanu oder Boot fahren,wandern in den Prieroser Wäldern.

We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
