Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr leicht zu erreichen sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit dem ÖPNV. Die Bushaltestelle wo die Büsse von Kiel Hauptbahnhof halten ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rewe, Rossmann, Bäckerei, Bio Gemüse Laden, Fleischerei sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und Cafes, im Ort und am direkt Strand. Der Strand, Strandpromenade und Golfplatz sind ebenso um die Ecke.

Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the "Flying Dutchman" building in the famous Olympic Port in Kiel, just a few meters to the beach and promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops. Due to the floor-to-ceiling window front in south-west direction, the apartment is flooded with light. The big balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an awning and has sun from morning to evening. With its bright oak parquet and stylish furniture the apartment is inviting to feel good.

Beautiful apartment with terrace in a great location.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll. We look forward to your visit!

Despite the traffic jam and delayed arrival, we were very warmly welcomed. After the briefing for the accommodation, we immediately received a few tips for the area. The accommodation looked like the pictures, was quiet and very clean. We felt right at home. The beach is within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and a pharmacy. We had a nice short break in Heikendorf (unfortunately, as always, too short)! The somewhat louder return home of the hosts after the Kiel Week is to be coped with, since KiWo is only once a year :D We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Great accommodation in a great location:) everything you need is there. The apartment is modern and the bathroom is a nice size. The sofa bed was also super comfortable! The apartment would also be easily accessible for not so mobile people by the elevator - and was a real help to us when bringing up our things. Everything that the beautiful Laboe has to offer is within walking distance. It doesn't get any better. A great apartment for two:)

A great house with a large garden right on the lake. Perfect area to relax. You can reach Kiel and the Baltic Sea in 10-15 minutes by car. Julia and her family were loving hosts and communication was always great. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elisabeth's place! Super location directly on the harbor with ferry dock and fish roll supply. We will be happy to come back for our next visit to Kiel.

Inga and Sebastian are very friendly and helpful. I immediately felt at home. The accommodation is cozy, bright and you have everything you need. The area is quiet and ideal for relaxing. You can take many beautiful tours by bike. Three nature reserves are nearby. There is a NABU Info Station to learn about flora and fauna. The endless sandy beach with dunes is beautiful and invites you to swim. The area also offers many opportunities if you want to eat out. A supermarket is nearby if you want to cook yourself. I can definitely recommend the property.
