Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Het Huisje, tiny house in the center of Bakkum

This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are various eateries. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Unique apartment in a mansion from 1898. Alkmaar

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

House of 100 years old is located under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. This apartment on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings is tastefully decorated. It is the ideal base for exploring the city. Step outside in the picturesque streets and take a walk in the city park and along the canals. Discover the historic monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious sofa bed for 2p.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

The distance to the beach and dunes is 20 minutes by bike and in the city center of Alkmaar you are in 15 minutes by bike. Shops, (nice boutiques) restaurants and the station are a 5-minute walk away, so Amsterdam is also easy to reach, 30 minutes by train. Everything at your fingertips and yet experiencing the sense of calmness, definitely applies to this place
