Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

2nd floor guesthouse at Heiloo Station

A weekend away, city trip Amsterdam/Alkmaar, wooded cycling routes or spending time by the sea… Welcome to unwind here, take your night's sleep and recharge for the next day. The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are only a minute's walk away. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with every comfort. The accommodation built in 2020 has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living/bedroom. There is no cooking facility or outdoor space.

De Klaver garage is een privé verblijf in rustige straat in het centrum, met gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. Aan het noordhollandskanaal, op steenworp afstand van het oude centrum en winkelstraten, vele gezellige restaurants en bars, het stadspark om de hoek en treinstation en supermarkt zijn in de buurt. With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

The distance to the beach and dunes is 20 minutes by bike and in the city center of Alkmaar you are in 15 minutes by bike. Shops, (nice boutiques) restaurants and the station are a 5-minute walk away, so Amsterdam is also easy to reach, 30 minutes by train. Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

This spacious apartment (72 m2) with a sunny balcony is a stone's throw from the historic city center and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood and two city bikes are available to explore the area. It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to dad and mom and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit out.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )

Stolpboerderij Het Span: a wonderful apartment!

Het Span is wonderful! You look over the fields to the dunes and the mill. You have a private parking space and a private garden. We have done everything possible to keep the sunset view as much as possible. The apartment can accommodate four people, and we like it if you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.
