The rest of the building is for the host's own use, with dogs and chickens strutting around on their side of the yard. In the yard there is room to stay and, for example, barbecue. Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

The apartment was located in a quiet location right next to the city center: it was easy to cycle through the downtown shops and the Music Center concert. The apartment was bright, spacious, and clean. Plus the sauna it's a parking spot included in the price of a stay in the garage. Juha provided a good guide to the address and parking garage parking garage.

Leena is a great host and has her apartment very tastefully and functionally furnished, you can find small tips and instructions everywhere, everything is ready, the check in was easy, although we had booked very short notice. We enjoyed the beautiful large balcony and the Finnish landscape. Lehmo is a bit outside, the buses run hourly, but there are also good bike paths to Joenssuu. We wish Leena many more nice guests!
