Das Haus liegt auf einem Obsthof, eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft, umgeben von Obstplantagen und Natur. Gleich vor der Haustür beginnt ein Naturschutzgebiet - ideal für Spaziergänge und Naturgenuss. Die Binnenelbe befindet sich direkt hinter dem Deich, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Genießen Sie Ruhe, frische Luft die Nähe zur Landwirtschaft - ein Ort zum Durchatmen und Entspannen.

Landhaus-Wohnung bei Stade

Ein Schmuckstück im Kehdinger Moor - persönlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet, in einem nagelneuen, aber im alten Stil errichteten Landhaus auf 8.000 qm Grundstück. Zehn Autominuten zum Elbstrand, eine Viertelstunde ins idyllische Stade, eine gute Stunde nach Hamburg - mit separatem Zugang, eigenem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten. Die meisten Möbel stammen von Antik oder Trödel, dennoch sind Wohnung und Küche topmodern ausgestattet (Smart-TV, WLAN, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine u.v.m.).

Ihr wohnt in einem einzeln stehenden Holzhaus mit eigener Sauna, sehr edlem Duschbereich und Terrasse. Der für 2 Personen ausgelegte Raum hat ca 55 m2 und umfasst ein Badezimmer, eine eingerichtete Küchenzeile, Sauna und Duschbereich. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wild romantisch mit viel Wasser, Wiesen und Wäldern. Hunde sind willkommen. Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen anreisen möchte, dem empfehle ich mein zweites Inserat (unter meinem Profil) mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer.

Bei uns ist jeder Gast Willkommen, ob als Familie, Paare oder Freunde sie werden sicher eine schöne Zeit in der Mühle verbringen. Die großen Rasenflächen laden zum Ball spielen oder für ein Picknick ein. Die umliegenden Wege sind perfekt zum Rad fahren und zum Wandern. Die Mühle bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Person+ Babybett.

... Just switch off and hide everyday life... The small, simple, cozy house is ideal to leave the stress of everyday life behind and recharge your batteries. It has underfloor heating, which is fed via a fireplace. On warm days, the courtyard invites you to barbecue. It is located in the middle between HH, HB and Cuxhaven. A 10-minute walk away are a forest, nature reserve and renatured moorland. Towels and bed linen can be rented for a fee.

Schwingestraße vacation home

Our small modern apartment is for guests who want to take a break to explore the Geest, Hamburg, Cuxhaven and everything else near the Elbe. The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.

Das Reihenendhaus liegt im Dorfkern und trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt mittig zwischen Bremen, Hamburg und Cuxhaven. Ein Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung Bettwäsche und Handtücher können vor Ort gegen Gebühr geliehen werden. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen keine Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus wurde 2025 renoviert! Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
