Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien: de bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst, er is een omheinde achtertuin (het hek is 1.80 hoog) en een af te sluiten terras aan de voorkant. Goed gesocialiseerde honden zijn van harte welkom! U kunt gratis parkeren bij het appartement

Als wij ons smalle straatje komen inrijden, hebben we zelf nog steeds het gevoel dat we op vakantie zijn.......De Graszode is een oude zandrug waar een aantal boerenwoninkjes gebouwd zijn. Ons boerderijtje heeft een stenen tuinhuis met terras, serre en overdekte veranda. Ruimte en rust, een weiland met paarden, Veerse Meer op fietsafstand. Ons huisje is niet geschikt voor baby's/kinderen. Maar wel voor mede-musici die op vakantie willen komen en toch iedere dag even willen studeren.
