It’s the perfect spot for hikers, cyclists, or anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Want to explore the city? Eindhoven, Roermond (+ Designer Outlet), Sittard, Maaseik, and Maasmechelen (Village) are all within a 30-minute drive. At the reception, you’ll find plenty of tips for things to do in the area. Tourist tax is included.

Our beautiful, bright and spacious house in Frechen/Cologne is suitable for business travelers, travelers, as well as families with children due to its good transport connection, room layout and facilities. Our charming house is located in the Bachem district which is very quiet. It is mostly families who live there. The forest is very close and the air quality is excellent. The house is newly renovated and is divided into two levels with 110 m².

Stevensweert Vacation Home

This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en gelegen op een prachtig en rustig vakantiepark met een grote zwemvijver met mooi strand. Eigen prive parking.

A cozy modernized former half farmhouse on the outskirts. Unfortunately, we are tied to city life and cannot always be in this beautiful area. Countless possibilities for hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, etc. Approx. 20-30 minutes on foot to the Woffelsbach am Rursee with its great boat trips. Organic farm in the same location. Dogs and children are welcome) On request, more sleeping places may also be possible.

Wir vermieten unser Ferienhaus in Stevensweert. Es befindet sich direkt in der Hafennähe-in zwei min zum Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub am Wasser oder für einen Ausflug am Wochenende. Auch für alle, die ein eigenes Boot haben und auf der Suche nach einer gemütliche Unterkunft sind. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Das haus ist komplett umzäunt!
