Le prix ,tel que déterminé lors de la réservation du séjour ,comprend l’utilisation de l’hébergement et des meubles ainsi que les consommations ( eau, gaz, électricité, telecom…) . 90 % du prix pour la location appartement er 10% pour la location du mobilier . Pas de services . Pas de groupes de jeunes .

De residentie bevindt zich op de zeedijk tussen het Heldenplein en het bosje van Heist. Het appartement is gelegen op de vierde verdieping en biedt een fantastisch vergezicht. In de buurt zijn er bakkers, slagers, traiteurs .... en warenhuizen waar je gemakkelijk te voet heen kan (de wekelijks markt is op dinsdag). Niet te vergeten de leuke terrasjes en restaurants. WIFI en Proximus TV zijn aanwezig. !!!!! Huisdieren zijn NIET toegelaten. Ook de ideale ligging voor een bezoek aan Brugge.
