Apartment 119 m²: 3 bedrooms Children's room: Accommodates up to 7 children. The top beds of the 2 bunk beds are designed for children only. The remaining beds of the two bunk beds could also be used by up to 5 adults.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie der Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.
