Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Our apartment OCTAVUS in the picturesque wine village of Hohenwarth-Mühlbach am Manhartsberg offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 box spring beds. The whole apartment is equipped with free WiFi in each bedroom we offer a Smart TV with private Netflix access. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

The house is located on the edge of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with a pastry shop, the Gasthaus Burger with home cooking and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'
