The city park is close by for the kids to enjoy. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops, game room with pool table, TV's through out the whole house. TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. Comfortable new sleeper sofa obtained in 2022. We are handicapped accessible, and pet friendly. Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!
