Living Room has 2 recliners, sofabed, and bunk beds! The kitchen has an Island for eating and making breakfast. Use the Keurig to make your morning coffee & sit in the beautiful sunroom with gas fireplace overlooking the river! The Patio just steps from the river has a fire pit and rocking chairs! The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

6 Ponds Farm is a woman-owned 30 acre homestead surrounded by forests. 6 ponds and organically grown medicinal herbs, including 100 blueberries, make this farm a beautiful retreat. A barn, kayaks for paddling, a stand up paddle board, bicycles, a salt water pool, fire pit, & gas grills, are available for guests. The guesthouse is available for rental where you will have full access to the property. Please note the bed and sofa are in the same space. We are pet friendly.
