Abi was an exceptional host! The location was ideal, with convenient free street parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

I loved this place! Sherrie is SO nice and helpful. The house is beautiful and chill. The room was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great. Very walkable. Amazing food and coffee. Close to public transportation. I would definitely come back.

best Airbnb, you feel like home, perfectly clean. Victoria clean the appartement every day, the smell is so good, the room is so comfortable, cozy and warm. Victoria prepare all small needs, believe me better than hotels . I will comeback soon with my daughters

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

Flor’s place was neat and well-maintained, making it a great spot to stay. He was also very helpful and easy to communicate with the whole time.

It is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed. Very clean, beautifully decorated (even with live plants), strong AC, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great location, and safe neighbourhood. Commuting is convenient as buses come very often. Nadine is a very sweet and friendly host, and we have had some lovely chats. Can tell that she has put a lot of thoughts and efforts in making the Airbnb like home. Even water and milk were prepared for us. Highly recommended! :)

This place is a good value for the money. It is very secure with a door man on premise. There is some construction being done to improve the main lobby. this creates some noise Monday through Friday during work hours, but didn't affect us at all! Lots of restaurants and a safe neighborhood to walk to at PM. clConvenient to everything we wanted to do including shining and broadway.

Excellent stay at Jordan's apartment, great communication for any questions. This building is in a great location and highly recommended.

Mira is a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive. The location is, for New York, surprisingly quite. Also no noise from the neighbours at all. We always felt safe in the area where the appartment is located. As a matter of fact we were quite happy to walk back from Timesquare to the appartment after midnight. The appartment is well appointed with all the amenities to make it a most comfortable stay. It was excellent value for money! Thank you so much Mira to make us feel so welcome.

Excellent value for the space (felt luxuriously big for Manhattan!) and the location. Large windows provided lots of natural light. The neighborhood is very lively (noisy at night sometimes) w/a grocer on almost every corner and unlimited options for food. Close (but not too close) to Times Square. And midtown is a great starting point for so many destinations. The apartment could use some upgrades/tlc, but we appreciated the comfy bed & sofa, a well- equipped kitchen and extra niceties like an umbrella and a full ice tray :) Doormen were always friendly, very quiet neighbors and we felt 100% secure. Prompt response when we had a key fob issue and Xavi is warm and friendly. Overall great stay!

This was by far our best Airbnb experience! Maria and Andrew were incredibly kind and welcoming — they greeted us warmly and helped with all our questions. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning: stylish, cozy, and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed — and even more. And the view of Manhattan… a true million-dollar view! 🌆 Unforgettable😍 The building’s amenities were top-notch — a gorgeous rooftop, relaxing lounge areas, and a lovely pool. We felt completely safe — both throughout the entire building and in the surrounding neighborhood. The area is like a peaceful oasis next to the buzzing chaos of downtown — the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. There are also fantastic restaurants nearby, and you can enjoy the calm and quiet of the waterfront promenade. 100 out of 10. We’ll definitely be back! A perfect stay in New York! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The accommodation was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and ideally located in the south of Ludlow Street, right in the middle of a young, dynamic and creative neighborhood. The roof terrace was a real asset, offering a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The bedding was of high quality, which allowed us to rest well. Special mention to May, who was very responsive, welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back during our next trip to NYC. Again, thank you for this great experience!

The brownstone was exactly as it was described. Jak was super helpful and even allowed us early check in so we could start our tour of the city. The location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Very clean. The two flights of stairs were not an issue at all for my husband and I or our 2 teenage children. There is a bar below the unit so there was music playing into the night. You could not hear it back in the bedroom though. But, was a great place to end the day with a drink!

Location Location Location! Very hard to find a neat place to stay on UWS. This apartment has great restaurant selection right at the door step. Either for a cozy dinner or kids crazy morning routine. Keep in mind this is NYC so not elevator access if you need but it was ok for us even with stroller. Overall recommend this place if you budget allows.

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
